- The credit card used on the reservation form must be presented at Check-in.
- Please let us know if you will be checking in after 9:00pm.
-Hotel Playa Cambutal is pet-friendly. Please be advised, you will be charged a fee for your pet.
- In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
- Any changes to your reservation must be made through our office not less than 5 business days prior to check-in. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part.
- All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability.
- If the change results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value.
- Changes to your reservations are only effective when we have confirmed by email of such.
- Hotel Playa Cambutal will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without written confirmation from our side.
- The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Additionally, Hotel Playa Cambutal will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 2 – 4 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.
Hotel Playa Cambutal recommends guest bring with them:
- Sun Screen
- Sun hats
- Bug spray
- Long pants and/or shirts for night time as it can get buggy
- Cash: Currency in Panama is U.S Dollars. We recommend you bring small bills, nothing larger then $20.00. Many establishments in the interior of Panama and Cambutal, will not take bills larger then $20.00. Most establishments will not take credit cards.
